Villa Airone is located in the territory of Muravera, an important agricultural center on the south-east coast of Sardinia renowned for its beautiful coasts and for the cultivation of citrus fruits.

 

The house is located in the Protected Naturalistic Area of Colostrai, 110 hectares of large beaches and lagoons, inhabited by pink flamingos and herons. It's just distant100 meters from the large beach of Colostrai and is built in the center of a large garden. It is equipped with a beautifulprivate pool surrounded by a wooden solarium.
 

The rooms are arranged on a single level on the ground floor: the living area (with two single sofa beds), a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom (with 2 twin beds) and two bathrooms with shower.

There are two external terraces, one on the front and one on the back, in front of the swimming pool.
In the large garden (about 1000 m2), with green lawn and trees, there is space for two parking spaces.
 

The house is equipped with all comforts: gas hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, internet, air conditioning, safe, gas water heater, TV. Outside: showers with hot water, brick barbecue, pizza oven and furnishings (tables, chairs, deck chairs).
