Ville d'Ogliastra 2 is the "twin" residence of Ville d'Ogliastra 1 from which, as the crow flies, it is just 350 m away.

It is a newly opened structure, built as Ville d'Ogliastra 1, at about 400 m from the beautiful beach of Museddu in the municipality of Cardedu.

The Studio Junior Suite is a solution designed specifically for couples in search of relaxation in a modern and sophisticated environment, with amenities normally reserved for luxury villas: such as the large private Jacuzzi and the 170 cm wide "Incanto" mattress7 Zones with differentiated bearing support.

​

These are 8 twin suites built on 4 buildings surrounded by a green area, in a secluded areaand quiet of the residence.
Each suite has an internal surface area of about 30 m2 and consists of a single day-sleeping area with a double bed (table and chairs, kitchen cabinet with 2 induction hobs and fridge) and a bathroom with shower.

 

The outdoor spaces include a loggia, equipped with table, chairs, 2 outdoor armchairs and a small private garden.

 

The premium equipment of the suites consists of a Jacuzzi for 4/6 people for exclusive use. The tub is located outdoors, in a gazebo, in the small private garden of competence.

 

The finishes are of a superior level as are the equipment. Each Suite is also equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, LCD TV and other small appliances.

The common areas of the residence include a large swimming pool with a large solarium and a private road that leads directly to the beach.
