Our Residences are in Cardedu on the eastern coast of Sardinia, in Ogliastra: within a radius of 50 km you pass from the woods of Gennargentu, to the spectacular ogliastrine coast and to the Gulf of Orosei.
Ville d'Ogliastra 1 is a recently built residence, located at about 350 mfrom the beautiful beach of Museddu (Cardedu).

The housing units, all self catering, consist of Villas with private pools (sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and from Standard and superior villas (6 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom).

Each Villa and Villetta is equipped with a comfortable furnished loggia and a private garden.
The common areas include a large shared pool with a large solarium and the private road that leads directly from the residence to the beach.
Each housing unit features superior quality finishes and high-level equipment: air conditioning with fan coil, TV, private outdoor shower and barbecue.

Ville d'Ogliastra 2 is the NEW structure (opening 2023) built in Marina di Cardedu about 400 meters from the beautiful beach of Museddu.

The housing units, all self catering, consist of Cottages (four-room and three-room) and from Junior Suite Studios.

The Junior suites are specifically designed for relaxation for couples: in a secluded and quiet position compared to the other units of the residence, they feature high-level finishes and equipment, among which the bathtub stands out Private Jacuzzi for 4/6 people.
The common areas include a large swimming pool with large solarium and the private road that leads directly from the residence to the beach.
