Our Residences are in Cardedu on the eastern coast of Sardinia, in Ogliastra: within a radius of 50 km you pass from the woods of Gennargentu, to the spectacular ogliastrine coast and to the Gulf of Orosei.

Ville d'Ogliastra 1

Ville d'Ogliastra 1 è un residence, di recente realizzazione, situato a circa a 350 m dalla bellissima spiaggia di Museddu (Cardedu).

​

Le unità abitative, tutte self catering, sono costituite da Ville con piscina privata (8 posti letto, 4 camere, 3 bagni) e da Villette standard e superior (6 posti letto, 2 camere, 1 bagno).

​

Ogni Villa e Villetta  è provvista di un comodo loggiato arredato e un giardino privato.

 

Le zone comuni comprendono una grande piscina condivisa con ampio solarium e lo stradello privato che dal residence conduce direttamente alla spiaggia.

 

Ciascuna unità abitativa presenta finiture di qualità superiore e dotazioni di alto livello: climatizzazione con fan coil, TV, doccia esterna privata e barbecue.

Ville d'Ogliastra 2

Ville d'Ogliastra 2 is theNEWstructure (opening 2023) built in the Cardedu Marina about 400 meters from the beautiful Museddu beach.

The housing units, all self catering, are made up ofVillas (four-room and three-room rooms) and fromJunior Suite studios.

​

TheJunior Suites they are specifically designed for relaxation as a couple: in a quiet and secluded position compared to the other units of the residence, they feature high-level finishes and equipment, among which the bathtub stands outPrivate 4/6 seater Jacuzzi.

 

The common areas include alarge swimming pool with large solarium and the private road that leads from the residence directly to the beach.

Each housing unit features superior quality finishes and high-level amenities: air conditioning with fan coil, TV, private outdoor shower and barbecue. Each housing unit  it is equipped with a comfortable furnished loggia and a private garden.

Residenza Mare Azzurro

Located in Cardedu, on the east coast, 2.5 km by road from the large Museddu beach, the Residenza Mare Azzurro consists ofapartmentsin self catering set in a lush garden.

At the center of the Residence is the beautyshared swimming pool surrounded by a large areasolarium in which each apartment has a table with deck chairs and umbrella.

 

Accessible, at no additional cost, is the WiFi connection in the pool area and the common area used for laundry and ironing services. Parking space, inside the property,
